Injured during rugby training

		Hi,
I injured my leg last thursday during rugby training i was sprinting when someone tapped my ankle im not sure of this forced me to place my foot down awkwardly but it felt like a sledge hammer hitting the outside of my calf muscle and since then i have not been able to walk properly or put weight onto the leg. At first i couldnt flex my foot up but now i do have a little movement there. There is definately some swelling i have been putting deep freeze gel on it and wrapped it in a creppe bandage which seems to help a little.
Does anyone know what this could be or how to stop the pain so i can get back to running and walking.
Thanks
Paul

I would of thought 2 weeks after breaking it wouldnt still be swelling.

		hi
for swelling rise your leg with a cold compress for 10min every 2,3 hours, u can add isometric contraction of tigh muscles,
quick recovery, thanks
