pectoral stretching difficulty
hello
As i have very forward shoulders, and they have rounded significantly, i don't have sufficient range of motion to be able to stretch the pectoral muscles well enough.
can anybody suggest a plan of action to really stretch the pectorals in these cases of significant rounding.
Re: pectoral stretching difficulty
1- Go to the corner of the room, put your hand in a way that your arms and head all makes the shape of W, having head in the centre. Start moving your body toward the centre of the corner, and you will start feeling stretching.
And for your retractors and shoulder abductors, you can start rowing.
You stretching pec and strengthen your back muscle.

Most people have underlying shortening of the Pec Minor, in which case self stretching all day won't help. Most benefit is gained from the precise application of stretch via a friend (or a physio).
