Please help with USA registration

Hello everyone,

I am new in USA and have questions, I know everyone must be busy in their life, but please help me out on this.
I finished my Bachelor degree in Physical Therapist in India (Mangalore). I have experience of working in hospital for 2 years in India. I came to US on right of my US citizen wife. I am in Illinois and I want to apply for the license, so I need to get my credential evaluated by FCCPT. I am confused that what type of evaluation should I choose, type I or the Educational Credentials Review. I am not sure if I need Healthcare Worker Certificate. What is Healthcare Worker Certificate anyway. I know it is kind of long, but I had to explain.

You need to have your credentials recognized and then apply to take the National Board exam in the state you are in. I do not know about a healtcare workers certificate, not sure what that is!

Definately you need Health care certificate as you are alien, and require even if you finsihed you post graduation from usa, except they will exempt iBT in that case.
