You can try jobsdb.com.sg too see - cos all of their job postings are on the site.

There's no need to get registered in here(there's no registration board in here), so you have to be registered in your home country first.

i grad in 2002 holding a BSc in Physio, reg in HK in 2002 , they ( a general hospital) employed me in 2002 even i got no exp. so people in sg emphasize+++ on your qualification , as long as u got a BSc in Physio or higher, they will welcome you. ( but my experience only apply in 2002, i don't know if the market have changed since i am now not working in sg)

They would like to welcome, but there are not a lot of job postings recently. I am also a physio qualified in HK, and I hear some of the rumours about indian therapists......
