Belgian PT looking for work in Boston area

Hi,

I am a Belgian PT who is looking for work in the Boston area (preferably in a clinic or medical center). I would like to connect to other people in the same situation or who have already gone through the entry exam.
Any practical tips on how to prepare for the exam (is there a specific handbook?) or on the job market in Massachusetts are more than welcome. What about the board requirements? I can take the (old) TOEFL but the TSE does not seem to be available in Belgium?

Any piece of information may help!!
