Advice for Course Information Form (HPC)

Hi All,

I am currently in the process of filling out the HPC form. They have also asked to fill out their own Course Information Form. This form is virtually the university syllabus.

In this form in the 3rd column they want information on the Content and examination method, hours studied. I know the content of the main subjects studied, I know the hours studied but I am confused as to what does "examination method" means??

Also in the 4th column they want to know what is the assessment method. I know that the Assessment method is Verbal, theory or oral. But I am confused what does examination method means?

Anybody who has previously filled this HPC form please can you help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

are you from outside the UK? If you trained in the UK they don't need all the uni details, if from outside the UK then unfortunatley you will need to fill all that in!

Examination method will mean things like written exam, practical exam, oral exam etc...

Yes, I am from India. The 3rd column asks for "examination method" and the 4th column asks for how the examination was taken, i.e., Written, Oral, Viva, etc..... So I am confused what does the "examination method" means?
