Final year UK Physiotherapy Student willing to work anywhere.
Final year UK Physiotherapy Student willing to work anywhere.
Willing to travel, just looking for somewhere that doesnt require 2 years postgraduate experience or take 18 months to sort out registration / certification like Oz, NZ, USA. Anyone know anywhere that's relatively easily to get started in with a UK Physiotherapy Degree and are crying out for graduates?
Any advice much appreciated.
PS I've a Masters in Science from another course if that helps
PPS Actually just saw the link on the sponsored ad above for the book "Your Complete Guide to Overseas Physical Therapy Career" so that might be a good place to start. Any other info still appreciated
Re: Final year UK Physiotherapy Student willing to work anywhere.
can try singapore if you want...
my hospital is hiring physiotherapists. As a fresh graduate, you probably will be in rotation post
click onto Changi General Hospital - to check out
It's easy to apply work visa if you are a u grad and does not need to be registered (pros and cons, though)
Re: Final year UK Physiotherapy Student willing to work anywhere.
I have just noted your request. Not sure what you have decided yet or even what sort of experience you are hoping to get overseas. I am currently based in St Lucia and work in a private practice. St Lucia is a developing country and the benefits of physiotherapy are just beginning to be realised. We are expanding our practice and are looking for physios. We can offer good all round experience and guidance and lots of sports injury rehabilitation work.
Salaries are not high but the cost of living is low. If you are interested to find out more you can contact me through this website. Look up physios in St Lucia
Good luck in your final months of study.
