Neural Tension test ULLT 2B

Please could somebody tell me, if a ULLT 2B tension test is positive on cervical flexion.

1 Does this indicate that there is some form of tesion in the structure it self./ nerve.
2 Is it possible to relieve the person's symptoms through mobilization techniques?i,e, stretching

Is this a student asking a question? Best look in one of David Butlers Books in the Library :) Also findings in isolation don't tell you much as all. They are merely one of many eggs to add into one basket or another
