Tips 4 PG in physiotherapy

Hi,
Im doing my bachelor in physiotherapy in India.. Im interested in doing my specialization in neuro, paediatrics or exercise therapy abroad, preferably australia or US..
Can any1 pls help me wid universities & requirements? I did a little research on my own, bt im confused abt how much work experience each university asks 4 & also which university is best 4 what course..
