Diagnosis and Monitoring of Diabetes Mellitus

This protocol determines benefits payable under the Medicare Protection Act. It was developed by the Protocol Steering Committee under the auspices of the British Columbia Medical Association, the Medical Services Commission, and the Government of British Columbia.
