Full Title:Randomised controlled trial for evaluation of fitness programme for patients with chronic low back pain. The objective of the study was to evaluate a progressive fitness programme for patients with chronic LBP. The study concluded that there is role for supervised fitness programmes, however further studies need to occur to confirm these findings.
