For high quality information go to CanChild Centre for Childhood Disability Research Lots of information on tests and measures....
Also lots of information on the Global-HELP : Non-Profit Low-Cost Health Publications website.
Information about lots of subjects on Paediatrics

On it you choose- serviceproviders and researchers
-under document directory go to ... research, or keeping current or measures and products.
A lot of the information and tests are freely accessable and downloadable....
I suggest you read everthing on the site (takes time) and that will give you a good impression of current knowledge.
