i have a question about my future

hello every body first

i am student at faculty of physiotherapy cairo university from egypt i am now still a student at orthopedics round our study is about 5 years so i am still have 2 years to be graduated from my faculty so i hope to make my master outside from egypt at any perfect place so i hope to do my master about ortho or neuro or pediatric but i have a problem i see many universtites and many country but i dont any thing about what i read so i want anyone help me how can i prepare myself for that so i want to know alot of things as following :
1 - what are the best countries for my master (as i mention that i hope to do my master in ortho or neuro or pediatric)
2 - mention to me what are the best universities that i can make master on them acccording to every branch
3 - is it necessary to work in that country first before i do my masters there or i can do it directly and if i can do it directly how can i do it ?
4 - i want to know how much will it cost by dollars ?
