Thanks for posting the above document, PhysioDude. I am searching this site for any evidence about electrical stim and its efficacy in pelvic floor rehab.

The document you posted mentions electrical stim of pudendal nerve. Is there any evidence that this works? What are the effects and how long do they last? Is there a recommendation somewhere about optimal intensity, duration and frequency of this treatment? Do these recommendations vary between urge and stress incontinence?

I have nothing to hand about this specific question however perhaps we will see more information over the next few days. Actually this is a good question for the eNews weekly email so I will try to include it. :)
