CVs???
Hi all,
I'm a new graduate, been away volunteering for the summer, so now i'm back home looking for a job. So now i have the pleasure of writing an attractive CV to employers! My question is- what do employers look for in a CV and in potential candidates??? what information should i include about my clinical placements?? I need all the help i can get!!

I definitely look at the type of post graduate courses you have done. Most employers grade the undergraduate level as level par so all the clinical practice you did as a student is irrelevent to me as a private practitioner. What is important is what continuing education you have sort and completed post graduating e.g. McKenzie, NAGS/SNAGS, Muscle Energy courses, Neural mobilisation, Strapping, Bobath etc.
I hope this helps you to consense and focus you resume in this type of fashion. This might highlight areas that you might consider investing some time in furthering your continuing education as well.
Best of luck :D
