Question regarding work in the U.K

Hi,
iam a Physiotherapist in pakistan in the process of going to U.K in several months and am now on the verge of registering with HPC. My question is, in the physiobob newsletters there are always jobs to be found there but theyre always accompanied by the word (band). would someone please explain what this mean? Since researching online i found out that bands represent ure experience and if thats true how does one go about increasing them? And what do u guys think in general about the scope of Physiotherapy in the U.K?
