Hello All,
I am a fresh physio therapist from India and I am on H4. Please suggest me the way to work in US. I know people on H4 can not work in US. Please suggest me the way to get work permit in US. I am totally unaware with the procedure of getting license etc.
Please help me.

It is a long process but if you can take 1 step at a time you can do it.
1st you have to choose any company that could evaluate your eduation equal to US PT then the evaluator will say yes or no equavlent to US PT to the board of which ever state you want to apply to say e.g. New Jersy. Then you need to apply to the board asking them to allow you to take license exam and then you take license exam if you pass you work. some times you need to take additional exams like toffel.
otherwise you are fine.
Iam working on my credits.
If you work right you should be all set in 6 months otherwise it will take even more then 1 year and less then 2 years.

ICDL is one of the company which is easy and quicker.
try applying for michigan state. they need less credits in general eduacation which is good for you other states will be high and so you will have to do some college courses to satisfy the credits. by the way may i ask you which state in india are you from.

i am a physio from India and doing my evaluation for Michigan state with ICDEL....i think its necessary to do it fast as the Michigan board is changing the rules and it is assigning FCCPT to do the evaluation ...the new changed rules draft has already been made....so do it as fast as possible...then i have a small doubt....in the Michigan application too its board...which u have to do after getting approved from ICDEL...has a finger print evaluation form...do u know some one who knows abt it ...sorry to pull u in...as I am in India and need someone there to help it out....
