hi guys,im therapist working in india.i got offer from victoria univ(australia) for
master of exercise rehabilitation 2yrs not an accreditation course.and also trying for
same course in univ of ballarat 1.5yrs but accredited.which one of these is
is better and u guys advice.do other universities gives same course.how is the
job opportunities for exercise therapist or physiologist for overseas
therapist in australia.

I have doNe the masters of clinical exercise science at the university of queensland (1.5yrs) I strongly recommend that you check this course out as it is probably the best in Australia. But I have heard good things about Ballart. I would probably not go to Vict Uni, as it is not accredited. You will need to register with the Australian Association of Exercise Science and Sport AAESS if you want work, otherwise you will really not get much except for gym work. It is a growing profession, but hard to get jobs at the moment. A lot of grads go to london to do cardiac tech positions. But musculoskelatal rehab is growing, but is extremely competitive and you really need to gain AAESS extra qualifications to get the good jobs.
