retinopathy of prematuritiy

hello friends.i know it's not related to physios.i m physio from kutch-gujarat-india running my clinic here.i m posting here to know opinin from all over world. unforchunately my relative's dauter from their premature twins lost her vision.both r cp child.boy is dystionic 1 and girl has right side hemiplegia.both r 2-1/2 old.she has grade-4 in right eye and grae-5 in left eye.can any1 pls inform me wether any advanced treatment available in u r region?
