supraspinatus injury
Still have sufficient ROM with slight pain while raising arm, there is a suspected acute supraspinatus strain (possibly a slight tear), no swelling or inflammation. Looking for advice in terms of increasing ROM and reducing pain without resorting to drugs or surgery and also gaining strength in this region.

Re: supraspinatus injury
It happened while doing an ill-performed handstand. There are clicking sounds (crepitus), i think indicating positive test for abrasion's sign. Neer's sign and empty can test are both positive (biased towards supraspinatus injury). pain usually worse in morning. initially injury was slight (pain present but not enough to cause problem)
