Advice Please!foundation/access physio courses

I really want to study physio at uni, but don't want to re-take my a-levels, but would like to find a foundation course that will be acceptable to study to get into physio at uni. Has anyone gone through this route? and if so what do the courses involve? or any access course students?
the info isnt very straight forward, i.e lots of courses and some uni's dont accept them! Ideally I would like to go somewhere that i could follow on and study at the same uni.
I'm also working as a physio assistant on my gap year. and has anyone actually got straight to uni on less than 300 points?
