Cerebral palsy: gait and reflexes

I was wondering if anyone knows about an orthopaedic foot splint or orthosis that prevents crossing over of the legs whilst walking (something like the dennis-browne shoes).

I was also wondering whether anyone could help me with regards to neonatal reflexes. If these are present in children with cerebral palsy after they should have become absent, how can a physio help to speed up the process to eliminate them, and will they ever decrease?

Hi Marticlar, sorry for my english.
There are two orthoses:
Swash is for helping the abd of the jambs while walking.
Twister helps the external rotation of the jambs.
But it's necessary of trying it because not always it works.
