hello everyone..one of my patient has undergone TKR surgery 1 month back with removal of two heads of quadriceps following d osteogenic sarcoma.. range has been improved upto 30 till now.. wht can be done to improve d range..?? patient feels severe pain on ant thigh while extending her leg and feels pain over d upper part of tibial shin while flexing d leg passively more than 30(no active flexion beyond 30)... plz suggest
