Acquiring info for new practice
I would like to start my own practice and I am trying to acquire some information or templates regarding: informed consent forms, assessment forms, policies and procedures etc. that would be compatible with canadian standards. Any help would be very much appreciated.
Re: Acquiring info for new practice
We have a great range of assessment forms you can buy on CD and print out as you go: Welcome to MyStudioSoft.com - preAssessment Forms
Re: Acquiring info for new practice
I have been putting some forms together myself for the same reasons and am also pretty new to setting up a private practice. I would happily let you see what I have done in return for some feedback on them. I am in the Uk so you wouldn't be able to use the actualy forms, but it might give you some ideas...!?
Let me know!
Re: Acquiring info for new practice
Thank you! I'd appreciate it! I've just been researching on what other private practices have as their forms to try and get some ideas.
Re: Acquiring info for new practice
We provide a complete clinical solution for physiotherapists and we are located in Canada as well.
Our product is Mavenlive and we'd be happy to help you evaluate it for your practice needs through a live demonstration.
Some key features of the product include:
- Best practice implementation Intelligent decision support is Mavenlive's method of delivering proven treatments consistently to patients. Offices that support multiple therapists will feel a benefit from this feature, knowing that prescriptions are provided to a best practice scenario for all patients.
- Electronic patient documentation Patient documentation for therapy progress throughout each visit is available in Mavenlive along with a summary of the outcome. Recording patient history is quickly becoming a standard requirement for any physiotherapy practice.
- Exercise library in your hands An exercise library tailored to your own personal preferences and protocols will assist you in developing a treatment that is proven and applying it to multiple patients with ease.
- 3D Image Exercise output Mavenlive provides the final exercise instructions in a beautiful 3D fashion that allows for easy to follow instructions for the patients. At the same time this environment provides modification of exercises to the physiotherapist.
Please let us know if we can setup that demo for you. :)
