Hi all!
Is anyone aware or using an alternative to the PHYSIO TOOLS SOFTWARE PACKAGE for Exercise and Information sheets for patients? I'm interested in purchasing such software but would like to know is there any other software available.
Physio Tools Saunders Collection is most commonly used in Hospitals: @ 200 euro + 21% VAT
Physio Tools Physiotherapy Professional Package including 15 module: @ 599 euro + 21% VAT

It was designed for exercises for SCI but some of the exercises are similar

My employer has VHI, but is has no search functions so you need to know exactly where to find the exercise.
I bought Exercise Pro for my laptop and am really happy with it.
ProConditioning looks pretty good too.

Where I practice they got the Physiotec. It is just so brilliant. Im not sure about the price though. It is not on the website. Well, Im just starting with it. There is nothing to compare with Physiotools.

I have found PhysioToolbox | Physio tools for exercise prescription, select your exercises and email physiotherapy exercises to your patient. Great tools for physio and patient management. its an online thing a bit like physio tools, select exercises and you can mail patients etc

Hi, I use Ptstudio.fi. Its onlinesoftware with nice animated pics. Itīs also affordable. I like their user interface alot. I can use physiotools at work but I decided to buy ptstudio.fi for my other places of work.
Another good option that's just on the scene for exercise prescription and point and click assessments and documentation is Mavenlive http://www.mavenlive.com
Mavenlive is completely customizable from text to 3D imagery, to entire assessments. This application also intelligently selects appropriate exercises and protocols for your patient based on your recorded assessment.

Our clinic uses The Rehab Lab (The Rehab Lab). The exercise picture look really good and it creates very attractive programmes as pdfs (we generally email them to our patients instead of printing them). Our patients are often very impressed with their programmes...
Since this thread keeps coming up in google I thought I'd join and see if it can be brought back from the dead.

We considered Maveline but they only have about 400 exercises. We went with The Rehab Lab instead which has about 1,100 or something like that. Our clients have been impressed with what we have supplied them so far. Its really easy to use and quick.
Also, because it is on the internet, sometimes if I run out of time during the day, I can make my patients programs at home on my mac laptop.

It has over 1500 exercises, with very nice pictures and linearts. Also video coming soon. The site is averagely priced, but very competitively priced for clinic licenses (one clinic license allows 10 simultaneous users, for just Ģ197.00 per).
The site is regularly updated (next update: nerve glides) with new exercises, categories, and features.
