    Ankle Rehabilitation Post Arthroscopy Surgery

    Im seeking any advice re: post arthroscopy ankle surgery/ achilles debridement and rehabilitation. Im currently in a cam walker boot with crutches on Day 5.

    I can move my ankle inversion and eversion but struggle with planter flexion and dorsiflexion.

    Any do's and dont's?

    Hi, as soon as your wounds heal, try hot water fermantation by dipping your foot in a tub containing hot water and try to do movements in all ranges. Hot water will assist in quick recovery.
