Can sports medicine help for this?

Hey everyone! I hope all are keeping well. I started playing badminton as a routine to keep up with, but I'm hindered continuously with back injuries. Whenever I do deep stretches while picking a drop shot, I always risk going through a back injury. I don't like this. I work out before I begin playing, and I do my warm down exercises as well. My friend suggested this sports injury treatment facility that can provide a permanent solution. Is it worth it? Back injury is I find a difficulty to move around. But when I rest for a few days, I feel better. Can sports medicine be of a good result? How does it differ from regular physiotherapy? Educate me, people.
