Compartment Syndrome

Hi,

I am looking for qualified physio advice, i have recently undergone bilateral anterior compartment decompression and have just recently had my suiters/stiches removed from my limbs. I am aware that i cannot run for 6-8 weeks but is there any specific exercises/light cardio that i can do now to help with my rehab.

Any information will be great. Thanks
