Hi again, If you look up Ostgaard (i think/hope) a great deal of work has been done on pregnancy, and I seem to remember that there is an article on posture and it's lack of relevance to pain.....sam
By the way a point of note re ergonomics.....if anyone has any evidence/studies showing that the massive increase in this area and ergonomists jobs etc, has done any good at all i would be interested....

Try looking up references about the McKenzie technique. There has been lots of research based on this technique and relating it to transversus abdominus and other spinal stability muscles.
