3 years with SIJ.... Any help?

Hi,
Ive been living with this problem for 3 years...
It happened after bicycle injury ( hit my saddle really bad)
Then did xray MRI everything looked good, and soca said coccyx injury and everything gonna be ok..
It got worse after I saw the chiro killer, he torn my
Ligaments completely leaving me in pain
Later everything got worse.... Oscoliosis etc.
Now they finally came up with the right diagnosis
Now I know why I got worse from chiro
I got horrible sciatica now it feels like my bone is out of alignment.
Any help,?? Should I rest or exercises?
Exercising does not help, makes me feel worse

Can anyone help what to do???

A few questions if i may...

1. What is a soca?
2. Did MRI show any damage to the coccyx?
3. Did you get another MRI to confirm that the chiro tore your ligaments completely? I am trying to work out if that is what you think the problem is or someone has tested it properly and has diagnosed it properly
4. What is the right diagnosis?
5. What do you define as sciatica? How far is the ?pain? going down your leg?
6. What things hurt you or make you aware you have a problem? When does this occur?
7. What things make you feel better? For how long?

Based on what i have read, i would say you either need to NOT exercise or be doing different exercises to what you have been doing.

Let me know about the above and we can see what we can do.

I think alophysio has some very valid questions.

I would also recommend seeing a physiotherapist in person if you haven't already for appropriate treatment / accurate diagnosis of your sacroiliac joint injury / sciatica.

Hi, Alophysio, thanks a lot for reviewing my problem! Here are the answers:
1. Just a typo, should be docs or doctors
2. On MRI coccyx looks ok, at least they did not say anything about it, I can provide the MRI.
3. MRI does not show anything except flat lower back and slight disc bulging l4-l5-s1 about 2.8mm they said it's not a root of the problem, neurosurgeon in San Francisco examined me and MRI and confirmed SIJ twisted pelvic, they did injection in that area and pain disapeared right away
Plus piriformis and surrounding muscles are tight on the right leg
Plus twisted pelvic that's why my coccyx hurts when I sit for more than 1 hr
When I bend on it pulls on the right
4. Right SIJ with sciatic and pudendal nerve entrapment....
5. Sciatica, nerve pain radiating down the leg it's down to the foot, calf, fascia everywhere
6. One day I did some hamstring stretching and triangle pose I heard loud click and no pain at all, sitting was comfortable, but it came back in 1-2 hours it's unstable. If I flex my right glute I can hear the pop sound and it feels better after that.
Was trying SI belt- sometimes better sometimes worse
Mudbathes help with pain but still it feels crooked...
I'm kind if lost...
Plus it makes me weak a lot, my T level dropped greatly, muscles are weak, it squeezes pudendal nerve so no innervation for testes no testosterone being produced, also docs said my calcium level is low bc of that
6. Lifting weight especially walking down the stairs with 20lbs killed my joint completely that time I didn't know I had sij they said radiculopathy so I was wearing the lower back support belt
Any bending pulls my bone out of alignment
7. Stretching hamstrings to achieve the click in the joint when

flexing the right glute
Walking is odd now feels like right leg is attached to the spine...
So it's way more serious than I thought...
Sitting for a long time gives me stiff neck and lower back, so I quit my dream job...
Before the chiro it was not too bad, I could walk for hours, sitting was ok but not comfortable, just was wierd
After back adjustment I felt that I'm walking wierd next week I woke up with sciatica pain in my right buttock like a knife left there, later it went down the leg.... it's simple he did his facorite back adjustment without knowing that iliac bone is barely attached to the sacrum....1 months later my right glute disaperead.... Plus he did next adjustment and dislocated the jaw:((( probably c6-c7 gonna do MRI next week to confirm....
