A few questions if i may...

1. What is a soca?
2. Did Wikipedia reference-linkMRI show any damage to the coccyx?
3. Did you get another MRI to confirm that the chiro tore your ligaments completely? I am trying to work out if that is what you think the problem is or someone has tested it properly and has diagnosed it properly
4. What is the right diagnosis?
5. What do you define as sciatica? How far is the ?pain? going down your leg?
6. What things hurt you or make you aware you have a problem? When does this occur?
7. What things make you feel better? For how long?

Based on what i have read, i would say you either need to NOT exercise or be doing different exercises to what you have been doing.
