Infraspinatus Stretch

Hi Guys,

Can someone give me an effective passive stretch for the infraspinatus? Can't seem to find one :(

A basic stretch is to simply move the shoulder into internal rotation, like this: http://www.teachpe.com/images/jenny/...s_stretch2.jpg

Why are you stretching the infraspinatus? To achieve more internal rotation? Or to relieve trigger points? Or other?

Don't do anything without evidence.
As you mentioned it may be helpfull.
But never stretch without reson.
