unfortunately, there isn't a simple answer to this
good articles appear in a great many journals, and if you have only a general interest in cardiopulmonary physio, you will have to look far and wide.
regular searches using appropriate databases is probably the wisest option.
services such as ingenta (www.ingenta.com) can send you tables of contents from whatever journals you select from a very long list. it's extremely handy but does cost money.
