Hai friends can anyone say me about mckenzie approach?where i can find this approach in a good descriptive manner?

There are several books put out by the McKenzie movement. One is called "treat you own back", another "treat your own neck". These two title are aimed at the client and are priced as such. They would be a good overview of their approach.

He also has another book called, "7 Steps to a Pain-Free Life: How to Rapidly Relieve Back and Neck Pain Using the McKenzie Method". As a practitioner there are also a few hard cover versions outlining the premise behind the therapy. I expect you can get that from the McKenzie Institute. 8o
