    Re: sports injury-advice please

    Hi Brad,

Appropriate rehabilitation and treatment with a physiotherapist is vital in hastening recovery following a fibula fracture and dislocated ankle. Appropriate exercises to restore flexibility, strength, balance and function of the ankle and entire lower limb are vital and need to be implemented and progressed according to your treating physiotherapist.

Hope that helps and good luck with recovery,

    Must have Kinesiology Taping DVD
i agree with the physioAdvisor. physiotherapist is a great help in recovering because they know what kind of muscle needs to be attend. exercise also is a good option you can do for you self.
