    Question Guidance Reqquired about fascial palsy!

    Can someone tell me when to advice patient to start exercises? immediately after injury, or after some delay?

    hi ,
    regarding facial palsy,depending upon the cause, u can start exercises after 3 days or 5 days after onset .best way to treat is, electrical stimulation + facial exercises .

    If its Bell's palsy due to compression of facial nerve, I think you can start the exercises as early as possible. Electrical stimulation & facial exercises will be best.

    Must have Kinesiology Taping DVD
    thanks kiran and sheelaphysio for replying.. electrical stimulation is understood, all i needed to know was time delay after which exercises're supposed to be started. thanks again..
