It provides Psychologists and Rehabilitation Counsellors with the opportunity to facilitate a person’s safe and durable return to work in line with their psychological / functional capacity, where they have sustained a psychological / physical injury. It is challenging, rewarding and skill-developing for those passionate about helping people return to occupation in all its forms. The role*is primarily focused on partnering with*individuals who have a psychological or physical injury, their employers, treatment providers and the scheme agents, to enable a safe and durable return to good work.
