We have developed a way for patients to now perform long axis hip traction to themselves at home in treatment of hip osteoarthritis, FAI, or any other condition where long axis traction is indicated. Go to HipTrac™ - Hip Traction Therapy at Home. We are also coming out with attachment for clinic mechanical traction tables to be able to hook someone's leg up to the Chattanooga tables, etc for use in the clinics.
We do a lot of directional techniques in NWB and WB in the clinic but this will be good for continued home use after discharge in combination with patient's specific therapeutic exercise program for strengthening, biomechanics, mobility, etc. Thanks,
Tony
