Hi everyone!

I have only recently qualified and am due to start a MSK-specific Rotational post down in the south of England. This is something of a weird question but it is something my mind has been dwelling on in the pre-first-day nerves!

Despite having done a MSK placement as a student, I never had the opportunity to practice spinal mobs in clinical practice. Having done my final exam in Maitland mobs and attended a few master classes on other concepts and considering myself competent, I have absolutely no idea how to record the intervention in clinical notes.

My note-taking has been mentioned as an area for development in last placement and I don't want to embarrass myself by being caught out when I first start.

I expect direction, location, grade, and duration are important, but is there anything else to consider? I would love it if someone could show me a generic example.

Thanks,

B
