Over the years i have developed a pelvic tilt that i believe is causing most of my issues. My pelvis is tilted laterally on the left and also seems to have turned slightly causing one leg to want to stand a couple of inches infront of the other.

I have seen a couple of physios but they haven't really assessed me well or treated the problem. I also have a built up insole in one shoe that hasn't helped.

I believe their must be some areas that need stretching and strengthening to sort out the imbalance and im wondering if there is a certain field of physiotherapy that i can seek out to hopefully dial in on my problem and tell me exactly how to fix it.

My passion is powerlifting and my favourite exercises are off limits with the back and knee issues i think im getting from my wonky pelvis. Any help would be massivly appreciated.
