Hello, Dahlia! Thanks for reading and replying to my query. I also consider arthritis but I'm still young. My friend suggested me to check http://ergonomictrends.com/best-ergonomic-exercises-stretches-office . According to her, this might be a carpal tunnel syndrome. I have read this Don’t delay treatment for carpal tunnel syndrome - Harvard Health and it is related to what was happening to me.
Hi Ress, do you have a neck problem? "Numb & tingy" sounds like nerve related issue. Have you had a scan of your neck? It is better or getting worse now? Are you loosing grip strength power? If gradually getting worse you will need to see your doctor immediately for further investigation. Good luck! Hope you gets well soon!
You can experience different types of body aches at any point of time due to many reasons. It is always recommended to consult with a reputed doctor instead of ignoring the pain for a longer period of time.
