i have seen a patient with hypoxic encephalopathy,
he is 14yrs old, when he was at 12yrs of age he undergone a surgery for hernia.
during the time of surgery he was given a spinal anaesthesia which was overdosed and he fell unconcious immediately and doctors told that it is difficult to save the person. however the person have survived after 2 months of intensive care, the pt is still in semi concious,blinks his eyes when a bright object moves in front of him,
all four limbs are severely spastic,
bowel and bladder are incontinent,
feeding is given through gastro-intestinal tube,

his condition is not improving since that time,

what can be the role of physiotherapist in this case
