Hi- I am Bikash, a practicing PT in India/Bangalore.
Your patient might have Acute disc bulge with spinal compression.Better to go with an MRI study done and followed by the good opinion of a Neuro Surgeon.
The treatment you can give is UST,TENS,IFT-Dipole vector field 15 mins and Manual Pelvic traction at recommended dose.This will definitely help.
But please be sure to be with either a Good Ortho or a Neuro Surgeon for better result and knowledge.Thanks.
