Well, I couldn't give any diagnosis to your client, however, the pelvic (SIJ) is almost fused in 40 in male and around 60 in female. I therefore wouldn't think mobility is the major problem of your client. Otherwise, other elderly would also present the same symptoms. By the way, I rather have your client to have medical checkup coz he/she 's keeping losing wieght
