This article discusses the long term outcome of Juvenile rheumatoid arthritis (JRA)- mortality, iridocyclitis and stature. Psychological, functional, educational and employment status are also reviewed. This article describes the instruments that are available to assess outcome. In addition, the role of laboratory and radiological evaluation in predicting outcome is also addressed.
