    More chance that you will get an answer there.

    First answer I can give you is a question... and the most important one as far as I am concerned...
    What are the treatment goals, meaning yours, the parents and the childs?
    Treatment ideas cannot be made without knowing what the problems are and what the goals are.
    So please tell us some more.
