    A rise in Resting heart rate is often a sign of over training.... sometimes if you keep trainng while in an overtrained state it can lead to a more chronic state needing full rest for a few weeks.... have you eased off on training at all the last few months? Any complete breaks? might be what you neel along with some improved nutrition to get you back and recovered. Just my opinion!
