Update: my physio is happy too. Range of wrist motion is continuing to approach normality in all planes, with the only 'real' pain occuring when I rotate the wrist towards the pinky.
What worries us is my grip strength - 30kg left, 5 kg right (right handed). I have a squeezy thing to try and squeeze, should I be doing this all the time? Any other tips to improve my grip strength? It wasn't measured 2 weeks ago when the plaster was removed, but hasn't noticeably improved since then.
