      dear colleague,

I think it is of great importance that a colleague specialized in adults (muculoskeletal or sports) check your ankle.
There are many great physio's in your country. Let them assess your ankle and see what they say. You might need other treatment. We cannot say what is right or wrong for you with the information we have now.
Your body is important to all of us but ankles and knees are especially important because we pediatric physio's are on the floor so much.
      I wish you well.

      Esther

u said that, changes seen in M.R.I, that means the textture of the ligaments is not same now, if u do theraband(which colour, u have not mention), may be harm full, it may cause undue pressure to the previously injured ligaments and surrounding soft tissue. so i advised u to stop theraband, and make a further evaluation of ur ankel by a good EXPERIENCED professional.

      Aircast Airselect Short Boot
u said that, suspected # and u cant stand upright with full body weight, that means the texture of the ligaments is not same now as before, they are weak now, if u do theraband(which colour, u have not mention), may be harm full to the suspected #(avulsion # may occur due to over use/pressure further in the same place), it may cause undue pressure to the previously injured ligaments and surrounding soft tissue. so i advised u to stop theraband, and make a further evaluation of ur ankel by a good EXPERIENCED professional. sorry for the late reply. have a good day.
