Hi,everyone I was just wondering could anyone give me advice on preventing the upper part of my hamstring from tearing.My Physio says it it coming from my tight glutes.I also have a really tight lower back and groin.It seems to be all steming from glutes but no matter how hard i try my glutes are alway tight.Does anyone know what could be making my glutes contantly tight?
